Welcome! I’m Janine Davis, founder of Ideal Success Learning. With over two decades of experience in teaching and coaching, I’ve had the privilege of working with countless young people, helping them navigate both academic challenges and personal growth.
My journey to founding Ideal Success Learning began with a desire to give students more than just traditional education; I wanted to offer them a foundation they could rely on throughout their lives.

From a young age, I had many ideas and dreams of my own, yet I struggled with self-doubt and the confidence to pursue them. One of my ideas—dreamt up at 19—was the seed of what later became a billion-pound industry. While I never launched it, this experience taught me just how powerful belief in oneself can be and the consequences of letting that belief slip away. I know first-hand that confidence, self-discipline, and resilience don’t just grow on their own—they’re nurtured.
My experiences in education and psychology have shown me how vital school life is in shaping us. Schools are where young people spend most of their time, and the structure and support—or lack thereof—can have a lasting impact. I saw how easily students could settle for less when they didn’t have encouragement to explore their potential. Today’s students have remarkable potential for innovation and creativity, but they also face challenges in staying focused, managing emotions, and finding clear paths forward.
This led me to develop Ideal Success Learning—a program that combines life skills, emotional intelligence, and academic support to create well-rounded, resilient, and future-ready students. Our programs are tailored to all stages of development, giving young people the tools to realize their own capabilities, follow their dreams, and build fulfilling lives.
